An Exhibition in Nassington Church

Over Easter Nassington Church is hosting a fundraising exhibition of a collection of fine art portrait photos along with the personal story of those featured. This has been put together with a charity in Mathare slum, one of the poorest areas of Kenya, and indeed the world.

The aim of the exhibition is to help people who have never been to a place like that understand the nature of life there and the type of people who are in that situation by allowing them to make a connection with some of those people and their personal stories.

The goal of staging this exhibition is to bring in as much money as possible for Maji Mazuri, the Mathare charity, to help with their feeding programme. They have been really struggling to pay for food for the kids (Primary age) which is a lifeline for many of them.
